Who we are

What we collect when you just visit

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It records things like the pages you view, roughly how long you stay, the type of device you use, and an approximate location based on your network. It sets cookies in your browser to do this. We do not use it to identify you personally.

This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, in the ordinary way that every web server does.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. That means your browser contacts Google to fetch them, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. A Meta advertising pixel was previously installed and was removed on 19 August 2026.

What we collect if you leave a review

If you fill in the feedback form on our reviews page, we store exactly four things: the name you type in, your comment, your star rating, and the time you submitted it. That is all. We do not ask for or store your email address, phone number or IP address through that form.

This information is stored in Google Firestore. Nothing you submit appears on the site automatically. Andre reads every submission and approves it before it is published, and anything not approved is never shown publicly.

Please do not put personal details you would not want published into the comment box, since an approved review is displayed publicly with the name you gave.

What we collect if you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or send an email, we keep that conversation so we can respond and keep track of your enquiry. If you send us your website address for a free audit, we use it to run the audit and to prepare your report.

What we never do

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you visited or messaged us. There are no visitor accounts or passwords on this site.

Your rights under POPIA

South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. Email aioptimizationglobal@gmail.com and we will action it.

If you have left a review and want it taken down, just ask. We will remove it, no questions and no explanation needed.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics ones described above. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site will work exactly the same.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
